Hello, I’m Kathy Hampton and I help black women fifty and over realize their fullest potential by facilitating retreats, wellness practices and life coaching to move away from what no longer serves them and move toward what will service them well.

I created Wellside Retreats for black women who desire to move through life’s transitions, changes, ups and downs. Wellside Retreats is a heartfelt transformational destination retreat and life coaching service. It’s a safe space to gain self-awareness, self-care and self development.

You may require a retreat if you are:

• suffering from overwhelm as you attempt the work-life balance

• giving of yourself as a caregiver to other professionally or personally (think: nurse, doctor, teacher, mother, entrepreneur or social service professional or staff member)

• unfulfilled with your life and/or work

• stuck in a place and are unsure how to move in the direction that will provide you with joy and fulfillment.

• in need of time to relax, refresh, rejuvenate or be inspired by a new environment or setting.

• dreaming, desiring or inspirations have been deferred for too long.
