The Journaling & Meditation Salon will open its doors to those who may be familiar with the Journal With Me YouTube “Sister Journalers” Community or anyone seeking a place to engage with those who have found journaling and meditation beneficial to their growth, self-awareness, development, and movement toward fulfillment, dreams, and peace.
Find a quiet, comfortable space for writing and meditation. Be open to engaging with others.

WHAT TO BRING: Writing materials, which may include a pen, pencil, paper, paintbrush, or anything you’d like to use to capture your thoughts.
Journal Through Life’s Transitions: An Introduction
Benefits: This introductory two week course provides the who, what and why a journaling practice is beneficial. Writers will learn fundamentals to start practicing journaling or find more inspiration to begin again. No experience needed.
Topics covered: self awareness, consciousness, clarity and organization for personal and professional life

Where: Self-paced and three virtual sessions
Needed: Notebook, journal, or paper; writing instrument, a quiet space
Journal Through Life’s Transitions with Breath and Meditation
Benefits: Gain focus, clarity and the awareness of breath. Meditation combined with breath work and journaling thoughts of the experience are dynamic and can provide provide a skill for anxiety reduction, and relaxation. No experience needed.
Topics covered: self awareness, consciousness, clarity, breath work, relaxation, energy and organization for personal and professional life

Needed: Notebook, journal, or paper; writing instrument, a quiet space, a yoga mat, comfortable chair or surface to sit.
