Fall's Reading Retreat Book Selections

September is here and it's taken a few days to decide on the books, yes books (two of them) that will move us into Fall with the Reading Retreat Book Club.

I'm pleased to announce two titles that can be read through September and into October with a discussion just about the time leaves start falling and a break from heat begins, depending on where you are in the World. I’ve also decided on a “bonus book” - a third title to take us into November if you’re up for it!

The organic themes involving change for the season are " taking control of your life” and “giving yourself permission" set by the following two titles:

Happiness Becomes You: A Guide to Changing Your Life for Good by Tina Turner

Set Boundaries Find Peace: A Guide to Reclaiming Yourself by Nedra Glover Tawwab

Finally, the “bonus book” for November will warm you up with the great storytelling of J. California Cooper, as she writes of romance, dreaming and family connections in Wild Stars Seeking Midnight Suns.
