Join this 8 week series of writing and journaling beginning Thursday, October 1st through Saturday, November 21st.
A workshop symbolic of a wellness retreat held virtually to explore various themes, practices of awareness, self-care, experiences of tranquility, comfort, joy, nature, imagery and acknowledgement of voice.
Practice: journaling, writing, meditation, breath, visualization, setting of goals & intentions and creating.
Teachings: mindfulness, prompts, core emotions/feelings, readings, poetry, free-form writing
