Registration, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
To Join Us
A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable. Therefore, we strongly recommend all attendees purchase a travel health insurance policy that includes trip cancellation. You can use Squaremouth to choose from many policy options.
Any cancellation made on or before March 30, 2024, will result in a loss of 50% of monies paid. Any cancellation made after March 30, 2024, will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum; if we do so, your deposit and other payments you’ve already made to us will be refunded to you in full.
