Are You Creating Homemade Love ?

Hello out there! I send you love and light as we face the new normal together during the age of COVID-19. I have borrowed the nickname “CoCo” for COVID-19 as my friends at Vacation With An Artist (VAWAA) have shared. Yes, CoCo has created the unimaginable, a contagion that we have not seen in modern times. Be safe and healthy.
I offer a few self-care and love ideas along with practical things to do by creating HOMEMADE LOVE! Creating love and care is part of this global reset we are actually doing. I hope that you are able to utilize my contributions listed below. You can create love care while at home, with your children, your boo, your pet or furry friend.
Homemade Love extends to what you can do opposed to what you have. All you need to do is to turn what resources you have available into caring activity, recreation, learning, laughing and plain old BEING to uplift. Take the time to determine what you can re-purpose and turn into a moment of joy for yourself and family.

My favorite thing is to write and journal. There’s plenty of time now for writing, introspection and journal entries. All that is needed is paper, pen/pencil, crayons or other writing instrument. An expression of your very own book to track yourself during this unprecedented time of CoCo!
Be Well
